For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At the Forest Property Center, we process the information provided by those interested in order to process their request to subscribe to the electronic newsletter.
At no time are commercial profiles made or automated decisions made based on these data.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept until the affected person requests the cancellation of the electronic newsletter reception service.
What is the legitimacy for the treatment of your data?
The legal basis for the treatment of your data is the consent of the affected party, which begins with acceptance when sending the subscription.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
Your data will be shared with MailChimp in order to process and manage your subscription to the electronic newsletter. MailChimp will be in charge of the data and compliance with current legislation, until the moment that you process the withdrawal at the receipt of the newsletter.
What are your rights?
Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation on whether or not the Forest Property Center is treating personal data that concerns them.
Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request the deletion, among other reasons, when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for that were collected.
